today i went to visit our new house and just sat there, by myself, in the middle of the living room and talked to myself for 2 hours. I had a drawn out conversation with the house about what colors it wanted on it’s walls. we finally came to a couple decsisions which is great. after work i spent another 2 hours there talking to it some more, and came to some more decisions.
I think sitting there alone was not so bad, had i been there with dennis, i probably may not have come to an understanding with the house :) I think it only talks to women. heehee… i think the color schema is going to look awesome.. it looks good in my head. i just hope it looks good on the walls too.
tentative move in date is 11/24.. soo many things have to happen before that day.
tenting next week, painting after that and all the small details in between. but GOD it’s a ton of fun.!
ahhh bondign with the home. I did the same thing. I dont think it really felt like home until Jerry left… but regardless… its a wonderful thing to own your space. :) No one can touch ya in your own home… well of course the boy can but… lol.. You know what I mean ;)
