OK, so i mentioned last time that one of the dogs ate my favorite cushy shoes. Well, a new crime was commited today and this time there is no doubt that Tela did it.
Yesterday D got me a couple large cantelopes. I cut one in half and stuffed my face with part of one half of it. The other half was left on the counter top. When i got up at 4am i ate the rest of the one half. The other half was still on the counter top.
When i got up again at 10:30am, it was GONE! OH my fucking god! Tela is the only one that can get up that high to steal food (she’s done it before with a BIG ‘ol bag of bread) but CANTELOPE?! I never thought she’d want to take that. So i searched the house high and low for remnants of the sweet fruit, but nothing. it was gone completely. not even a peice of that tough outer skin was left.
What kind of a monter eats a whole freaking cantelope!!!!!!

Reply to chinasunflwrlol, with as much as she likes fruits and veggies, i would think so too. i wonder if she grazes on the grass in the yard.
