went to the mall today w/ D. bought a few new maternity garb including one pair of pants.. WHY DID I WAIT THIS LONG TO GET NEW PANTS!?? for the last 3 months i’ve been wearing the same 2 pair I got about 3 months ago. they were ok for back then, but didn’t fit well for long.. one of them is way too tight and the other stretched out so much that they keep sliding down my belly and would fall off my butt completely if i don’t constantly keep pulling them up. hard to believe both are the same style and the same size.
the ones i tried on today were soooo comfy i asked the lady if I could walk out the store with them on. I even walked out with one of the new bras on. (yes, i payed for them) they are maternity kakhi cargo pants – the entire front side is an elastic panel with drawstring. they are huge. and probably oversized but so so comfortable. nothing else in that store was comfortable so i only got this one pair. I’ll be wearing these every day until the baby comes if i have to.
time to go cook (we’re having mashed plaintains, steak (YUM!), fried ocra (my first attempt at making that so wish me luck) and salad … D rented die another day for entertainment too.. weeeeee!!!
