I called the dr.’s orifice at 9:15am this morn. but the dr. (both of them!) is on vacation so I talked to the nurse and she said “yes, you should be concerned that she’s barely moving” great! and she said that I need to go to the hospital to get monitored. Mind you when i was talking to her the baby decided it was time to start moving again, so i decided to wait a little while and see what happens. going to the hospital and getting hooked up to montirs for 4 hours is not exactly something i am looking forward to at all. well, she stopped moving soon after the call.. I layed down and waited… I fell asleep and I felt her move 2 more times the entire day. It wasn’t normal movements, it was like trembling way down below where her head and arms are. i never felt her “tremble” before. – like a little earthquakes. I woke up at 3pm (sorry to the guys at work for not calling back!) then D and I decided we should finally just go and get it checked out. So he’ll be taking the day off from work. We should have gone this morning! but ….
I’m hoping that she just turned around and is facing my spine. she’s been facing out for the last 2+ months so i was able to feel everything. if she’s facing my spine now, then it would be harder to feel her kicks. I’m keeping my fingers crossed about that. and hope it’s all just an overreaction on my part.
anyway, we’re going to eat something real quick here and then head for the hospital! updates at 11.
