I called a woman who rescues labradors for a living and places them in new homes. Aside from sounding spastic, she was nice and assured me “her dogs” would be placed in the best home possible.

She lives in loxahatchee? and has a 1 acre farm with pond her dogs swim in, run around in, they have their own couches to lay on in their own rooms with tv’s… is that crazy or what?! She has 4 other labs right now.

So she may be coming over this weekend to see Tela. I’m sure she will love tela and tela will love living on her farm until she gets placed in a new home. I’m sure this lady will give me updates and stuff.. I’ll get a better idea when she comes over. And i’ll ask if I can go visit her a week after she takes her… just to be sure she’s ok.
