well, i finally settled on a pda and i can’t wait for it to arrive but these fuckers haven’t even processed the order yet after 4 days.

filed for homestead exemption yesterday. I should have done it 2 years ago. God i’m an idiot.

as for homestead, your real estate agent should have told you about that. At least now youÃ‚Â´ll have a 3% cap of tax increase.

i only found out about homestead exemption from keith over a year ago.. i could have filed last year but i waited too long.
