..has sucked major arse because lightning took out our cable tv and internet on friday night before I had a chance to get online for anything. I called them 30 mins after it happened and they took my info. I figured it’d be a area wide outage so i called again 2 hours later and there was a recording “eastern fl, blah blah” I was satisfied..
Next morning I called for an update and they had no record of any outage and no record that I even called. Can you beleive it?! I was so pissed, but they scheduled repair between 1-5pm. But just as I was on the can doing my bitness, the dud/ette (couldn’t tell) called and I missed it. They left a message that I should reschedule. nooooo..!!!! So I called, and the person refused to come out to the house yesterday. The best they could do was schedule me in for wednesday after 3pm. I was so pissed of you wouldn’t beleive. Dennis called them today and gave them shit, but we still haven’t heard back from them.
The miraculous thing is someone across the street got a visit from adelphia and I noticed our service was restored before they left. I guess they had the same problem as us and fixing them, fixed us too. WOOOHOOOO!!!!!! SO happy!! This means I get to play WoW tonight. ALRIGHT! :D
Goddammit, I’m fucking hooked. WoW is probably the best game I’ve played in FOREVER. Granted this doesn’t say much considering I’ve only ever like to play games like bejewelled but i do like jack and daxter and ratchet and clank.. but anyway..
It’s like final fantasy which i’ve always liked but there is no real ‘end’, i don’t think, to WoW.
I tried my best not to play it all day, even tho it filled my thoughts a lot of the day. I didn’t play till about 10pm. LOL! Now that’s stamina.
I’ve been going a little curtain and rug crazy . bought us some area rugs for our bedroom, curtains for the bedroom and more curtains for the living room. I only wish I had put curtains up 3 years ago when we first moved in. Curtains make a room look soooo much nicer and cozier. I felt so good taking down thost blinds and throwing them away. Now I just don’t know what to do about the sliding doors. what kind of covering can I get for those? I’m thinking curtains as well, same ones because it will match, but how will getting in and out work? I Think the curtains will definitely get in the way. buuut.. not if we tie it off on the far side only. hmmmmm…..
ah, and if anybody can give me any ideas for where I can buy new bedding, please tell me, I tried target, walmart, and bed bath and beyond. don’t like any of it.
